Every in-stock piece ships from our Los Angeles studio within one business day.

Complimentary express shipping is included on US orders over $150. Outside the US, duties are included to UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. Other regions are calculated at checkout.

All packages are tracked. Jewelry orders require signature on delivery.

30 days from delivery on unworn pieces, original packaging, all tags attached.

Jewelry must include the obsidian box and untouched seals.

Sale and final drop pieces are final sale, marked clearly on the product page.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and improve your experience. We never sell your data.

Payment is processed by industry-standard encrypted providers. We never see or store your full card number.

You can request a copy or full deletion of your data at any time by emailing the studio.
